The CEO plays a crucial role in maintaining innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, supporting the mission to provide high-quality, authentic Bahamian souvenirs that capture the essence of the Bahamas and support local artisans.

Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field

Experience:

At least Five years in a management position

Minimum of three years in the tourism industry
