Chief Executive Officers
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of J Essence Souvenirs is responsible for guiding the company's strategic direction, leadership, and management to align with its vision and mission. This role involves setting long and short-term goals to ensure growth and success, overseeing all business aspects including product development, marketing, financial management, employee management, and customer relations. The CEO plays a crucial role in maintaining innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, supporting the mission to provide high-quality, authentic Bahamian souvenirs that capture the essence of the Bahamas and support local artisans.
As CEO, you will lead a pioneering company dedicated to bringing authenticity to an industry in need of originality. You will work with a team of dedicated innovators to produce outstanding products. Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field
Experience:
At least Five years in a management position
Minimum of three years in the tourism industry
